Description
We are looking for an outgoing and personable Livestream Host to showcase residential properties through live open house tours. You'll walk viewers through available homes, highlight interesting features, and give potential buyers a closer look at each property from the comfort of their own homes. Your goal is to make every virtual open house feel welcoming, informative, and engaging.
What you will do
Host live open house tours at residential properties. Walk through each home and showcase rooms, layouts, design features, and unique details. Introduce the property's key features, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor spaces, and amenities. Interact with online viewers and answer general questions during the livestream. Coordinate with the real estate agent to ensure accurate property information. Keep the livestream engaging, professional, and easy to follow. Follow scheduled open house times and arrive on location before each session.
What we are looking for
A friendly, confident, and personable on-camera presence. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable walking and talking while livestreaming. Interest in real estate, home design, and architecture. Able to engage viewers and respond naturally to questions. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at different property locations. Previous livestreaming, hosting, sales, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
